How can I manage my subscription?

To handle your subscription, you'll need to set up a LOKOTO™ Hot Sauces account. Once your account is active, you can manage your subscription here. For further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.

What do I need to do to edit or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order via the order confirmation page or the email you received. If you experience any difficulties, reach out to us immediately. Our fulfillment team works quickly to dispatch orders, but we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

How do I track my order status?

After your order has been shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us with your order information so we can resolve the issue.

Are your products available in stores?

Our products are only available through our online store. We are working to make them available in major supermarket chains very soon.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Send an email to contact@greatandtasty.us with a picture of the damage and the product expiration date. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

What are the shipping costs?

We provide shipping options. Prices and options depend on carrier rates, your order, and your location. You can check the available options during your checkout process.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12 PM UTC -4 will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM UTC -4 will be shipped the following business day. For example, if you order on Monday afternoon, your order will ship on Tuesday. Our business days are Monday through Friday. For expedited service, we recommend placing your order between Sunday and Thursday.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, tracking numbers are sent via email. If you have any questions about your order status, contact us, and we’ll respond within one business day.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are packed in branded LOKOTO™ boxes according to your order details and shipped via your chosen shipping method.

What should I do if my order never arrived?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Our priority is to ensure timely delivery of your package. We release all Lokoto shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for UPS or USPS errors. To avoid issues with your delivery:

Check your confirmation email to ensure your shipping address is correct, including any unit numbers if applicable.

Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for any errors or alerts. If your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.), consider calling your selected carrier with your tracking details and request a specific service (e.g., "leave the package on the front stoop, please").

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. For orders outside these countries, please contact us for more information as they are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Does LOKOTO™ Hot Sauces need to be refrigerated?

All flavors are shelf-stable but should be refrigerated after opening.

What material is your packaging made of, and is it recyclable?

Our packaging is made from post-consumer recycled plastic (rPET) and is fully recyclable per classification ‘1’. Additionally, our PET bottles are BPA-free and phthalate-free.

How long does LOKOTO™ Hot Sauces last, and when does it expire?

All LOKOTO™ Hot Sauces have a one-year shelf life with an expiration date printed directly on the bottle. Orders placed directly on our website will have the longest shelf life as we produce new batches daily and ship the freshest batches for online orders.
